Most of spring was consumed with our Kitchen Project. We had last updated our kitchen when Paul was a babe in arms (I remember because we had to carry him throughout that project). He is now 31 - the kitchen update was long overdue.
But first! The day before the project was to begin, we were treated to a visit from cousin John and wife Marcie as they passed through Boulder during their southwest tour. A great finale for our old kitchen!
Then it was on to clearing out the old kitchen - a kitchen that served us very well over the past 3 decades.
Refrigerator went into the living room and everything else went out out out of the house.
This, of course, presented quite a challenge for any major meal prep. We took care of the basics with the folding tables, coffee maker, toaster oven, and Taz's dog food canister. But for extravagant meal prep, we went outdoors!
