Easter 2022

Easter 2022 was a very full day - in part because we decided we could actually safely host a small family gathering on our back porch! In preparation for the gathering, on Saturday I baked hot cross buns as well as cut out cookies - son Paul's and brother David's favorite (and so fun to decorate).

A trail run - looking for spring blossoms - got my Easter morning off to a delightful start.

Church with Paul and Jennifer followed the run - then a back porch family gathering followed church. Yes! A family gathering! A most excellent way to spend an Easter afternoon!

Next up: Road Trip! The original plan was to go see a space launch in Florida - but the launch we were to see was cancelled. So! Staying with the space theme, later this week we are off to Roswell, New Mexico to track down space aliens.
